Fun, exciting, and wondrous – recent review 2015:
“What I really liked about the story, is when the author describes the magical happenings. I felt completely absorbed by the story on such occasions and she made me believe, that I was there in Terraauck or able to listen to the flowers singing to Kikoo. At such moments her style of writing transmits peaceful happiness. I like how Kikoo sets about to try and recover his bike without anger or aggressively. The illustrations tie in with the story and are colourful and vivid and at the end of the book is a glossary, explaining, amongst other things, the meaning of various character names.
I’m also intrigued to find out how Kikoo’s adventures continue. What will the boy Bilal teach him?
Overall an interesting start to a new series, where the author shows clearly her potential to take the reader on a magical journey.”
